The building complex consists of all the ministries and departments belonging to the Western Provincial Council is equipped with all the facilities and latest technology with the intention of providing a broad and efficient public service.

This building complex was constructed bringing all the Ministries and Institutes of Western province provincial council in one building under the objective to provide a wider range of facilities and an efficient service to the public.
